Until now, treating varicose and spider veins was a lengthy and painful process with needles or other invasive treatments. Now, using the new combined technologies of the latest and best laser systems, unsightly leg veins of all types can be treated- simply, non-invasively, and successfully.

 What Are Spider Veins?
Millions of women are bothered by spider veins - those small yet unsightly clusters of red, blue or purple veins that most commonly appear on the thighs, calves and ankles. In fact, it's estimated that at least half of the adult female population is plagued with this common cosmetic problem. Spider veins - known in the medical world as telangiectasias or sunburst varicosities - are small, thin veins that lie close to the surface of the skin. Although these super-fine veins are connected with the larger venous system, they are not an essential part of it.
A number of factors contribute to the development of spider veins, including heredity, pregnancy and other events that cause hormonal shifts, weight gain, occupations or activities that require prolonged sitting or standing, and the use of certain medications.

Spider veins usually take on one of three basic patterns. They may appear in a true spider shape with a group of veins radiating outward from a dark central point; they may be arborizing and will resemble tiny branch-like shapes; or they may be simple linear and appear as thin separate lines. Linear spider veins are commonly seen on the inner knee, whereas the arborizing pattern often appears on the outer thigh in a sunburst or cartwheel distribution.

How do we treat spider veins?
Unlike other centers and clinics, at VeinCure Clinic we can truly offer our patients the state of the art, effective and safe techniques which produce real, permanent results.
All treatments are performed by Dr. Aji, an american Board certified vascular surgeon with passion for veins, and since we do at VeinCure more vein treatments at any given day than all cosmetic clinics in Dubai combined , we have accumulated the richest, most refined experience in spider veins treatment which translate to envyable results and happy patients.
Some of the available treatments for "spider veins" at VeinCure Clinic include:

 Sclerotherapy advanced multi-approches techniques
This was the most common treatment for both spider veins and varicose veins. Using very tin y , mostly painless , special needles ,The doctor injects a solution into the vein that causes the vein walls to stick together, and seal shut. This stops the flow of blood and the vein turns into scar tissue. In a few weeks, the vein fades away. This treatment is still very effective, if done the right way, for medium sized veins , called " Reticular veins " and larger spider veins. Most patients can expect a 70% to 90% improvement. But the key to Sclerotherapy success is using the appropriate medicine with the correct dilution and amount, and using the advanced , newer techniques, some of which are listed below :
Microsclerotherapy uses special solutions and injection techniques that increase the success rate for removal of spider veins.
Foam Sclerotherapy is another form of treatment that allow the Doctor to treat larger (reticular) VeinCure Clinic veins.
Ultrasound guided Sclerotherapy is used to treat deeper, non-visible diseased veins that are causing the appearance of the more superficial veins ( a technique not available in General brand so called veins clinics), Veinlight Sclerotherapy is yet another technique that we utilize at VeinCure to treat smaller "feeder veins" with the aid of skin trans-illumination apparatus called VeinLite.
Tumescent trans-illuminated sclerotherapy using the second generation Trivex system has made a big difference in sclerotherapy results, in addition to making it completely painless. Sclerotherapy does not require anesthesia, and can be done in the doctor's office.
Compression stockings should be worn for few days , during day time only, after Sclerotherapy for best results.

LASER treatment  using the newest  "Spider Veins" Treatment technology
Newer technology in laser treatments can now effectively treat spider veins in the legs. Laser sends very strong bursts of light onto the vein. This makes the vein slowly fade and disappear. Lasers are very direct and accurate. So the proper laser controlled by a skilled doctor will usually erase spider veins with amazing ease and simplicity. Most skin types and colors can be safely treated with lasers.
Laser Therapy is more appealing to most patients because it does not use needles or incisions and we, at veinCure use it extensively on most spider veins. Experience has given us the edge of perfecting the spider veins laser treatment to make it a real " lunch break " treatment with no down time, complications or pain.

Laser treatments last for 15 to 20 minutes. Depending on the amount and severity of the veins, two to five treatments may be needed to remove all spider veins in the legs. Patients can return to normal activity right after treatment, no compression stockings or bandages are needed after laser spider veins treatment.

The new spider veins Laser just acquired by veincure is distinct in three major advantages: VeinCure Clinic
• Immediate disappearance of spider veins
• No needles, no injections, no pain
• No thermal injury to the skin

The laser wave actually travels through the skin targeting only the red blood cells in the vein and causing it to seal shut immediately, i.e. disappear.
